"You Can't Sell Yoga" delves a bit into the philosophical and ethical dimensions of commercializing yoga practices, emphasizing the essence of yoga as a path of self-discovery and spiritual growth rather than just a commodity or service.

Lately, I’ve been sitting with a truth that’s been gently but persistently rising to the surface:
You can’t sell yoga. Sure, you can offer a class, set a schedule, create a space—but the real yoga? The kind that shifts your inner landscape? That’s something money can’t touch. It’s a deeply personal experience that begins with one breath, one movement, one moment of presence. No price tag can define it. A dear friend and fellow yogi recently reminded me of this, suggesting a return to community-style yoga. No pressure. No expectations. No price. Just a space to gather, move, breathe, and reconnect—with ourselves and with each other. I love this idea. It feels like home.
So… how about it?
Drop in. Take a breath. Be in community. Let’s return to what yoga has always been: simple, shared, and sacred. See you on the mat.

Hello Friends,

After a stretch of time away, I’ve finally returned to the studio at The Sweet Spot—back to breath, back to movement, and back to the shared energy of this incredible space. The pause was intentional. I took time to reflect, reset, and reconnect with my purpose. It wasn't always easy to step back, but with the quiet came clarity—and with a little nudge from trusted friends, I knew it was time to return. Now that I'm here again, I feel it: things are shifting. There’s momentum building, a renewed sense of alignment and community. The studio is starting to buzz in that beautiful way it does when hearts are open and bodies are grounding back into presence. Thank you for coming along for the ride. Your support, energy, and encouragement mean everything. We’ve got a few events coming up to mark this new chapter, including an extraordinary evening of Amelia & Bob's glorious Sound Bath on August 14th at 6PM. I’d love to see you there.

Send me a message via text if you're interested in attending, and feel free to share with a friend.
